Prepayment is paid to our bank account by a standard bank transfer or carried out at a post office.

On delivery

The payment is collected on delivery by a postman.

Shipping and delivery time

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out by Poczta Polska or DPD couriers.

We care about our customers’ time, therefore all shipments are sent priority.

The given waiting periods are only indicative. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Poczta Polska or DPD. We would also like to remind you that the time necessary to prepare the shipment should be added to the time of the delivery. If the waiting period for a given product changes, due to the depletion of inventory, you will be informed by our consultant.


 Payment and shipping abroad


DPD: delivery time: 2 to 3 working days, depending on the country within the European Union.

Shipping fee:  PLN 69,00 – PLN 149,00 zł depending on the country. 



The free shipping for the order over PLN 150 applies only to the orders delivered in Poland.

The order is shipped on the second working day from the moment the payment is received on the account in the case of the payment by bank transfer or from the moment the transaction is accepted by Przelewy24.


There is a possibility of paying in Euro. We take into account the current Euro exchange rate, we convert the amount from PLN to EURO and issue an invoice.

Complaints and returns

...what to do if there is a problem with the products you ordered...


We make every effort to ensure that all the products we sell are of the highest possible quality. However, if for any reason your delivered products raise some doubts, please let us know.

In the case of non-compliance with the contract about the received goods, a complaint may be lodged. Please let us know about the problem and we will try to find the most convenient solution. In the case of complaints about goods, the product may be exchanged for a new, undamaged one. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

Also if the order is missing a product or there is a product that has not been ordered by you in the package, please let us know - we shall fix our error.

Complaints for incompliance of goods can be submitted in writing along with a description of the non-compliance within 14 days of receipt of the goods directly to our address: OTORIA PHU, ul. Włodkowica 26 A, 60 - 334 Poznań, by e-mail to or by telephone: 607 150 558.

Please specify your order number and add a list of the returned goods - then we shall deal with the return more quickly.

Please remember that the goods are returned at the expense of the Consumer.
