We do our best to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, if delivered products do not satisfy you for any reason, we would like you to contact us immediately.

If any of the provisions of your contract of sale is breached, you may lodge a complaint. We would like you to inform us about any problems - we will try to find the most convenient solution. In the case of the customer complaint, we can replace the faulty product with a new one. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

Also, if your order is incomplete, or if it includes a product that was not ordered, contact us immediately - we will do our best to make up for our mistake.

Complaints on non-conforming products may be lodged in writing along with the description of the non-conformity within 14 days after the delivery - at our address:

Remember to include your order number and the list of products that you would like to return. This will make the whole process much faster.

All products are returned at the expense of the Customer.
