BIO extra virgin olive oil

Produced in oil mills in the north of Extremadura, in the Sierra de Gata region.

Olives are picked by hand in olive groves when they are perfectly ripe. The groves are cultivated ecologically and are free from chemical pollution. Throughout the manufacturing process, no fertilizers or other synthetic chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, etc. are used.

Preparation: prepared cold, extra virgin.

Colour: gold with hints of green.

Aroma: intensely fruity fragrance of green olives, "Macedonia" fruit, green apples, green grass, green almonds, tomatoes, fresh wood, bananas, and nettle.

Taste: sweet, of medium intensity, slightly spicy and bitter.

Acidity: maximum acidity 0.5%.
