Method of preparation: Pour a glass of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave for about 10 minutes under a cover. Then take out the herbs and drink your tea. Drink 2-3 times a day.

External use as a treatment for irritated skin as a healing agent: pour boiling water over 1 tablespoon of dried flowers, infuse for about 20 minutes under a cover, cool, rinse the skin locally.
